Roles and Permissions
Control what each team member can do in your workspace.
Available roles
Owner: Full access to everything including billing, workspace settings, and member management. Each workspace has one owner.
Admin: Can manage apps, credentials, team members, and all review operations. Cannot access billing or delete the workspace.
Member: Can view and reply to reviews, use AI features, and view analytics. Cannot change settings or manage team members.
Changing a member's role
Go to Settings > Team, find the member, and click their current role to change it. Only the owner and admins can change roles.
Transferring ownership
The workspace owner can transfer ownership to another member. Go to Settings > Team, find the member you want to transfer to, and select "Transfer Ownership". You will become an admin after the transfer.
