Auto-Invite Domains
Automatically send workspace invitations to users with matching email domains.
What is auto-invite
Auto-invite automatically sends a workspace invitation to anyone with a matching email domain (for example, @yourcompany.com) when they sign up for ReviewMob. The user can choose to accept or decline the invitation.
Setting up auto-invite
Go to Settings > Workspace > Auto-Invite. Enter the email domain(s) you want to allow. New users who sign up with a matching email will receive an invitation to your workspace that they can accept or decline.
Accepting or declining
When a user with a matching email domain signs up, they will see the invitation on their workspace selection page. They can accept to join or decline. If they decline, they will not receive another auto-invite for that workspace.
Security considerations
Auto-invited users are added with the Member role (lowest permissions) by default when they accept. An admin can promote them later if needed. Only use auto-invite for domains you control.
This is great for large teams where sending individual invitations would be tedious.
