Add your Android and iOS apps to start syncing reviews.
How apps work in ReviewMob
Each app you add in ReviewMob is linked to either Google Play or the App Store. You can add multiple apps from both platforms and manage them all from one dashboard.
Adding an Android app
Go to Settings > Apps and click "Add App". Select "Android" as the platform and enter your app's package name (for example: com.yourcompany.yourapp). ReviewMob will verify it can access reviews using your Google Play credentials.
Adding an iOS app
Go to Settings > Apps and click "Add App". Select "iOS" as the platform and enter your app's Apple ID (the numeric ID from App Store Connect). ReviewMob will verify it can access reviews using your App Store credentials.
You can find your Apple ID in App Store Connect under App Information > General Information.
Your first sync
After adding an app, ReviewMob automatically starts syncing reviews. Android reviews from the last 7 days are imported first. iOS reviews include the full history. You will see reviews appear in your dashboard within a few minutes.
