Sync Schedule
How and when ReviewMob syncs your reviews.
Automatic syncing
ReviewMob automatically syncs reviews from your connected app stores on a regular schedule. You do not need to manually trigger syncs.
Review sync schedule
New reviews are synced once per day (at midnight UTC). This pulls in all new reviews from Google Play and the App Store since the last sync.
Initial sync
When you first connect a platform, ReviewMob imports all available historical reviews. For Google Play, this is the last 7 days of reviews. For the App Store, this is the full review history (which can be thousands of reviews for popular apps).
The initial iOS sync may take a few minutes for apps with many reviews. Subsequent daily syncs are much faster since they only pull new reviews.
Platform differences
Google Play: Only provides access to reviews from the last 7 days through the API. Historical reviews before your first sync are not available.
App Store: Provides access to all historical reviews with no time limit.
