What are manual replies
Manual replies let you write and send your own response to any app review directly from ReviewMob. You can compose a reply from scratch, use a saved template, or edit an AI-generated suggestion before sending.
How to send a reply
Open any review in the dashboard and click "Reply". Type your response or select a template, then click "Send". The reply is posted directly to Google Play or the App Store. No need to switch between platforms.
Unlimited on all plans
Manual replies are unlimited on every ReviewMob plan, including Starter. There is no cap on how many reviews you can reply to.
You can also use AI to generate a reply and then edit it before sending. This combines the speed of AI with your personal touch.
