What are reply templates
Reply templates are pre-written responses that you can use as-is or as a starting point. They are useful for common situations like thanking users for positive reviews or acknowledging known bugs.
Creating a template
Go to the reply composer and click "Templates". Click "Create new template", give it a name (like "Thank you" or "Bug acknowledged"), and write the template text. Save it and it will be available for all reviews.
Using a template
When replying to a review, click "Templates" to see your saved templates. Click any template to insert its text into the reply field. You can then edit it before sending to make it specific to that review.
Template limits by plan
Starter plan: Up to 10 templates.
Pro plan: Unlimited templates.
Premium plan: Unlimited templates with AI template generation.
