Update or rotate your app store credentials securely.
Managing your credentials
Your app store credentials are stored securely in ReviewMob using AES-256 encryption. You can update or replace them at any time from Settings > Connections.
Updating credentials
If you need to rotate your credentials (for example, if a team member leaves or if a key expires), go to Settings > Connections, select the platform, and upload new credentials. The old credentials are immediately replaced.
How credentials are secured
All credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-CBC encryption. They are never exposed in the browser or in API responses. Each organization's credentials are isolated using row-level security in the database.
Removing a connection
To disconnect a platform, go to Settings > Connections and click "Remove" next to the connection. This stops review syncing for that platform. Your existing reviews are preserved.
Removing a connection stops all syncing for that platform. You will not receive new reviews until you reconnect.
