Plan Limits
Understand the app, API credit, and usage limits for each plan.
App limits
Each plan has a limit on how many apps you can connect:
Starter: 2 apps
Pro: 5 apps
Premium: Custom (contact us)
An "app" means one Google Play or App Store listing. If you have the same app on both platforms, that counts as 2 apps.
API credits
API credits are used for AI-powered features like reply generation, sentiment analysis, and translation. Each plan includes a monthly allocation:
Starter: 70,000 credits/month
Pro: 700,000 credits/month
Premium: Custom allocation
Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Usage is shown in Settings > Billing.
A typical AI reply uses about 500-1,000 credits. Most teams never come close to their limit.
Team members
All plans include unlimited team members at no extra cost. Invite your entire team without worrying about per-seat pricing.
Manual replies
Manual replies (replies you write and send yourself) are unlimited on every plan. There is no cap on how many reviews you can respond to.
