Tone and Length Settings
Control how your AI replies sound and how long they are.
Tone options
Professional: Formal and business-appropriate. Best for serious issues and enterprise apps.
Friendly: Warm and conversational. Great for consumer apps and positive reviews.
Empathetic: Understanding and supportive. Ideal for negative reviews where the user is frustrated.
Length options
Short: A brief 1-2 sentence response. Good for simple thank-you replies.
Medium: A balanced 2-4 sentence response. Works for most situations.
Long: A detailed response that addresses specific points in the review. Best for complex issues or feature requests.
Which settings to use
For positive reviews, "Friendly" + "Short" works well. The reviewer is happy and a quick thank-you is enough.
For negative reviews, "Empathetic" + "Medium" is a good default. Show you understand the problem and explain what you are doing about it.
For bug reports, "Professional" + "Long" lets you acknowledge the issue, provide context, and suggest a workaround.
You can change tone and length before each generation. Try different combinations to find what works best for your app's voice.
