Unified Inbox

The unified inbox is your central hub for all app reviews. It pulls reviews from Google Play and the App Store into a single, sortable list. No more switching between consoles.

Each review appears as a card showing the star rating, review text, reviewer name, platform (Android or iOS), app version, country, date, and current reply status. Cards with negative sentiment are highlighted so you can prioritize them.

Reviews are sorted by date (newest first) by default. Use the filters to narrow down what you see. The inbox updates automatically when new reviews are synced.

Reviews are loaded in pages. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to move between pages. You can also use keyboard shortcuts: "n" for next page and "p" for previous page.
