How to cancel your subscription and what happens to your data.
How to cancel
Go to Settings > Billing and click "Cancel Subscription". Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.
What happens after cancellation
After your billing period ends, your account moves to a read-only state. You can still log in and view your reviews and data, but you cannot generate AI replies, send replies, or sync new reviews.
Your data is safe
ReviewMob does not delete your data when you cancel. Your reviews, replies, analytics, and settings are preserved. If you resubscribe later, everything will be right where you left it.
If you want to export your data before cancelling, use the CSV/Excel export feature on the analytics page.
