Sentiment Analysis
Understand the emotional tone of your reviews automatically.
How sentiment analysis works
ReviewMob automatically classifies each review as Positive, Neutral, or Negative based on its content. This goes beyond star ratings because a 3-star review can be positive ("great app but needs one thing") or negative ("used to be good, now it crashes").
Sentiment score
Your overall sentiment score is a number from 0 to 100 that represents the balance of positive vs negative reviews. A score above 70 is generally good. Below 50 means most reviews express dissatisfaction.
Sentiment trends
The sentiment chart shows how sentiment changes over time. Watch for downward trends that might indicate a problem, especially after app updates.
Plan requirements
Basic sentiment labels (positive/neutral/negative) are available on all plans. Advanced sentiment analytics with trends and scoring are available on the Pro plan and above.
